This cutting-edge nitrogen liquefier employs a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator. It utilizes a sophisticated regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle cycle. By seamlessly blending components with high, medium, and low boiling points, each component precisely aligns with its refrigeration temperature zone, effectively cooling from ambient temperature to -196 °C.
This achieves the goal of nitrogen liquefaction at -180 °C and 0.6 MPa with consistent reliability.
