AC Resonant Test Systems consist of a high-voltage variable inductor and a small exciter transformer for HVAC cable testing. It meets IEC 60060-1 and IEC 60060-3 standards, providing a test voltage range of approximately 10% to 100% of the rated voltage. The system is installed in a standard 10ft container for easy transport. It operates in resonance, creating high test voltages with minimal power input by forming an oscillating circuit between the HV test system components and the load (power cable).
