💡 Working Principle
This nitrogen liquefier employs a highly efficient cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator. It utilizes a sophisticated regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle cycle. By harmoniously combining components with high, middle, and low boiling points, each component matches its refrigeration temperature zone, seamlessly cooling from ambient temperature to -196 °C, thereby achieving the goal of nitrogen liquefaction (-180 °C @ 0.6 MPa) with precision and efficiency.
