Working Principle

This advanced nitrogen liquefier employs a state-of-the-art cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator. It utilizes a regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle cycle. By skillfully combining components with high, middle, and low boiling points, each component effectively aligns with its refrigeration temperature zone, cooling from ambient temperature to an impressive -196 °C, achieving the goal of nitrogen liquefaction (-180 °C @ 0.6 MPa).
