This nitrogen liquefier employs an advanced cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator. It utilizes a regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle cycle. By combining components with strategic boiling points, each element effectively aligns its refrigeration temperature zone, smoothly cooling from ambient temperature to -196 °C, achieving the purpose of nitrogen liquefaction (-180 °C @ 0.6 MPa) efficiently.
