NP-1 is a multi-polymer consisting of alkane sulfonate, alkyl ester, and crosslinking agent. It utilizes special technology to form nano-solid sealing material. The unique functional groups on the molecular chain exhibit strong adsorption ability and adhesion properties. NP-1 effectively reduces pore-pressure transmission by sealing pore throats and micro-fractures due to its reasonable size distribution in muds. It is suitable for various water-based drilling fluids as well as some oil-based drilling fluids, with a recommended dosage of 3.5-10.5 ppb.

It is a liquid packaged in 50L, 200 L, 1000L drums. International packaging may vary. It shall be stored in a shady and dry place with good ventilation. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothes; otherwise, flush with clean water. Refer to MSDS for handling methods.
