Real-Time Fluorescent Quantitative PCR Detection System
Introduction:
Real-time PCR is used for sensitive, specific detection and quantification of nucleic acid targets. This system utilizes powerful assay design algorithms, optimized qPCR reagents, and intuitive data analysis software to harness the power of qPCR across diverse applications.
Working Principle:
Temperature step changes are controlled by semiconductor Peltier elements to achieve PCR amplification. High-sensitivity MPPC units detect fluorescence via top-scanning non-contact excitation. Motor-controlled X and Y axis movement enables 96-well scanning followed by accurate software analysis.
