Hydrogen pressurization system for 100kg Station
The hydrogen gas compressor is primarily utilized in hydro-generation stations to pressurize low-pressure hydrogen to a specified level and store it in hydrogen storage containers at hydrogen refueling stations or directly fill vehicle-mounted cylinders to meet customer demand for hydrogen gas refills.
The unique cylinder seal + isolation chamber oil-isolating structure implements double isolation and protection of oil. The oil film part of the piston rod is isolated from the cylinder, preventing oil from entering the cylinder and contaminating the medium at the molecular level, ensuring a "pollution-free" hydrogen refueling station.
The compressor cylinder adopts a 360-degree spiral cooling structure with no dead ends. Heat transfer efficiency is improved through structural optimization, ensuring the exhaust temperature is 10°C lower than conventional structures.
