The JY600MCS-3 pulse field electrophoresis system features a hexagonal pulse field electrode consisting of 18 groups of independent electrodes. This design meets the requirements for macromolecular DNA separation and overcomes the limitations of clamp-type equalized electric field (CHEF) technology.
In addition to optional fixed modular or linear incremental modular program editing, it includes a dynamic correction function and advanced field inversion capabilities. These features effectively improve the recovery and purity of macromolecular fragments while streamlining experimental workflows.
Applications: Ideal for detection and separation of DNA molecules (100bp-6Mb), genomic DNA analysis, chromosomal separation, and large fragment library construction.
