Product Description

The JY600MCS-3 pulse field electrophoresis system features a hexagonal pulse field electrode consisting of 18 groups of independent electrodes. This design allows for independent output, meeting the specific requirements of macromolecular DNA separation while addressing the limitations of traditional clamp-type equalized electric field (CHEF) technology.

In addition to modular program editing (fixed or linear incremental) and automatic connection, it includes a dynamic correction function and advanced field inversion. These features significantly improve the recovery and purity of macromolecular fragments, streamlining experimental workflows.

Output Control Distribution Module Driven by a CPU control unit, it manages the electric field output according to program modes, precisely controlling voltage, current, and electric field duration.

Electrophoresis Tank Module Regular hexagonal design with 3 independent sub-electrodes per group. Ensures precise field intensity and conversion time for buffer cooling and constant temperature operation.

Constant Temperature Circulator Built-in buffer refrigeration circulation pump for high-efficiency temperature control and extended service life.
