Fluorescent Quantitative PCR Detection System LEIA-X4 is designed for sensitive, specific detection and quantification of nucleic acid targets. Real-time PCR provides powerful assay capabilities across a diverse set of applications through intuitive data analysis and flexible instrumentation.
Widely used in infectious disease research, food pathogen detection, waterborne pathogen detection, pharmaceutical analytics, stem cell research, pharmacogenomics, oncology, genetic disease research, and agricultural biotechnology.
Working Principle:
The system utilizes a semiconductor Peltier to control temperature step changes for PCR amplification. High-sensitivity MPPC units detect fluorescence with program-controlled channel switching. The non-contact excitation/detection structure on top, coordinated with motor control X and Y axis movement, achieves precise 96-well scanning.
