Genplex® Hpv PCR Genotype Detection Nucleic Acid Analysis System

Product Description

🧬 Technology Overview
The instrument uses reverse hybridization for qualitative virus sub-type analysis. Specimens are added, and the instrument auto-adds reagents, extracts DNA, and amplifies PCR via micro-pumps. Amplified products are transferred to the test area and undergo reverse hybridization. If target gene products are present, they're captured by the probe, showing spots after coloration, identifying virus sub-type. Negative specimens show no spots.
